Task One

Create a PowerPoint Presentation using the template provided.

• Compile all of the information your group has collected on each of the four research topics.

• Use the storyboard provided to organize your information before starting on the computer.

• Enter the information on the PowerPoint Template

• Use at least three images on your PowerPoint

Task Two

Create a timeline for Sadako explaining some of the major events in World War II using Timeliner.

• Create a timeline of the major events you researched on a sheet of notebook paper.

• Use Timeliner to create a timeline of the events.

• The events that must be included are the start of WWII, the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the bombing of Hiroshima, the bombing of Nagasaki, the end of WWII.

• Insert at least two images on your timeline.

• You may include more major events but not more than 10 all together.

• Each event must have an explanation accompanying the date.

Task Three

Create a poster for Sadako displaying information on the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

•     Gather information from your research and create a poster of the history behind the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

• Include dates, a map of the locations, deaths, reasons, for the attack, results of the attacks, pictures of the damage, pictures of the atomic bombs. 

• Include information on the  Manhattan Project and the elements used to create the bombs.  (Include the atomic number, the number of electrons, neutrons, and protons in each element)

• The posters must be neatly done with all information included

Task Four

Create a brochure for Sadako explaining her disease.

• The brochure must be a bi-fold with information on each of the four sides.

• Include a definition for Leukemia

• Symptoms

• Treatment

• Causes
