Byron Middle School

On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, BMS & BES collaborated for the "Ways To Stay Connected" EL Parent Workshop! This workshop was presented by Mrs. Wheeler, BMS/BES ESOL teacher, at Byron Elementary School. Parents of English Learners were presented with all of the many ways that their child's teachers and schools provide communication. There was even an opportunity at the end of the workshop for parents to get signed up for Infinite Campus/Parent Portal. Special thanks to Mrs. Alcantar (District Translator) for being on hand and also to our Family Engagement Coordinators, Mrs. Chandler (BES) & Ms. Wood (BMS) for lending a helping hand as well
