Hello! I'm Heather Ray and I'm so excited to be the librarian at Byron Middle! I've been in education in one way or another for the last 24 years, but being a librarian is my dream job. I love connecting middle schoolers with books and offering them a safe and welcoming environment to explore different ways to become thinkers and creators. We're working hard to make The Aerie the best library in middle Georgia. When not at school, I love reading, gardening, crafting, and spending time with my husband Will, our two children, Jeffrey and River, our dog, LilyBlue, and our cats Juno and Lyra.
