We are excited to share a new resource that will support our families in navigating today’s digital world. Our district is partnering with Parent ProTech, a trusted digital citizenship resource
designed to help parents stay informed about technology, social media, and online safety.
Through Parent ProTech, families will have access to helpful tools and information on topics such as:
• Popular apps, games, and social media platforms students are using
• Tips for setting parental controls and managing screen time
• Guidance on recognizing online risks
• Conversation starters to help families talk about responsible technology use
This resource is designed to educate and empower parents; it does not monitor student devices or collect personal information. Instead, it provides practical guidance to help families support
safe and responsible technology use at home.

It’s that time of year again! Up-to-date physicals are required for all Peach County High School, Byron Middle School, and Fort Valley Middle School students participating in athletics for the ‘26-‘27 school year. ALSO: the book fair will be open tonight at our Math Night Workshop, and since books are about solving problems, studies show that the more a child reads, the better they are at math. Guess what, Eagle families!!! You have 2 and a half more days to shop the book fair and help Mrs. Ray buy books for the Aerie. 30% of our sales until Wednesday at 12:00 PM will be returned to us as Scholastic Dollars that Mrs. Ray can use to fill gaps in our collection. Plus, if the item your student wants is sold out, you can always go to the online book fair and shop, where 25% of your purchase will go to the BMS library.
