The Georgia School Climate Survey (GSCS) is an anonymous, state-mandated tool designed to measure perceptions of safety, student-staff relationships, engagement, and the learning environment. By collecting data from students, parents, and staff, the survey helps school leaders identify strengths and areas for improvement to foster a positive, supportive school culture, directly impacting student achievement.
